DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

In Santa Cruz we do not have a minimum order, enjoy 1 item or a multiple items as you please.  Outside Santa Cruz we do have a minimum order.

Monterey, Gilroy, & Los Gatos: $500 rental minimum     

Carmel Valley & Bay Area: $1,000 rental minimum 

HOW LONG IS YOUR RENTAL PERIOD?

We delivery our rentals on Friday & pick up on Monday.  Saturday delivery and after hour pick up is an additional fee.  Please contact us for details.    

HOW DO I RESERVE MY RENTALS?

To reserve your rentals we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract.  The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to event. A credit card is required to be on file for incidentals.

WHEN SHOULD WE RESERVE OUR RENTALS?

We recommend you make your reservation for a wedding or event as soon as possible!  Some of our items we only have one available to rent.  They can be booked up fast!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes! All orders must be finalized 14 days prior to your event, but we will make every effort to accommodate any last minute additions or changes based on availability.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY AND PICK UP SERVICES?

Yes! Delivery starts at $60 for local deliveries within 10 miles from our Soquel warehouse and includes pick up of items. Please contact us for a quote for your event.

WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We currently serve Northern California, including Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur, San Jose, and Bay Area.  For events outside of these counties, please contact us for a quote.

CAN YOU STYLE MY EVENT WHEN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

We do enjoy designing & styling!  Ask about our design services to get a quote today!

CAN WE PICK UP FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?

Most items may be picked up from our warehouse, excluding furniture and items that require special handling and assembly. Please make an appointment for pick up.

CAN I COME TO YOUR WAREHOUSE TO LOOK AROUND?

Unfortunately, due to insurance, we can’t allow customers to view items in our warehouse.  We are working towards opening up a showroom.  Until then, we will do our best to work with you on your rental quote.
